Imagi nodded and stood up, giving her silver pelt a shake before padding towards him and the den entry. She flicked his ear with her tailtip on her way out, her eyes sparkling. Retreating from the den and into the open camp, she spotted Angelkit, and Sebastian. The she-cat grinned at the sight of the two bored kits. Perhaps they'd find something fun to do?

Timepaw stepped out of the apprentice as well. "Where would you like to go?" He asked her.

Timepaw turned to raced after her. He smiled as he caught up with her, speeding up to pull ahead.

the silver tabby rolled her eyes at her friend. he seemed to want to race, but she was just in the mood to run, not necessarily in racing mode. but though her mind said one thing, her competitive side kicked in and forced her to speed up as well, matching his pace equally. imagi couldn't go any faster, and if she did, she would be surprised.

Timepaw kept his pace up for a bit, but soon he tired, and slowed down.

The she-cat then grinned. She continued on, somehow pushing herself further and having the capability to go faster. Despite the fact that she'd been exhausted from her earlier hunt.

Seeing his friend continue at the same speed, Timepaw sped up again. He stayed next to her, the shore quickly coming into sight.

Imagi slowed as she approached the shore, but then sped up again with the same effect a car would if you'd pressed down on the gas pedal. As the river came closer, she put on a mischievous smile, and prepared herself for a steady leap. At last, she kicked out with her back legs and dived into the water with a splash, sending flurries of minnows swimming away. Like a bear, the silver tabby held in her breath and swam after one of the fish she'd spotted.

Timepaw slowed once again, stopping at the bank. "Didn't know you were in the mood to run" Timepaw mewed, smiling a bit. However, the tom was breathing heavily, and slipped into the water, hoping that the cool water and gently current would help.
(Just had an idea..)

imaginarypaw's head soon popped up among the surface, and her nostrils flared. the silver tabby paddled towards shore and flopped her fish on the bare ground, gasping for air. "i wasn't." she said, grinning. "but, i never give up a good challenge. you should know that by now, timepaw."
