can cougars have black fur? I saw some pcitures on the internet, but im not sure if they're confused with leopard cubs ;n;

I don't believe that cougars can be melanistic, though they do have a little bit of black fur. Cougars can be a silvery gray color though I think.

I believe you have to buy it from the shop, it's not a natural eye color I'm pretty sure.

lilac is a normal color, it's a light purple-blue color. straight purple is unnatural.

The power only applies for the main clans.
Any other clan, such as a fan-clan, or tribe, you don't have to buy it, you can just use it freely.
