Robinkit wavered. She didn't know if it were cobweb or something else , so she waited for someone else to answer.

snowpaw rose and padded over to her mentor, taking a seat beside her. the femme leaned over and whispered; "c-c-can I-I do the next one?"

Deciding to do a demonstration, Lightskies picked up one paw and turned in over. Unsheathing her claws, she made a cut on one leg, just above her paw. She cringed slightly, but looked up at the kits. "Ok, so if I came back with a cut like this, what are you going to do?" She asked.

Lightskies nodded. "There is a certain technique so that the patient isn't put in any more pain during the process. Snowpaw, would you show them?" She asked, extending her cut leg. There were some piles of herbs that they had readied for this lesson, and there was a pile of cobwebs among them.

snowpaw nodded and padded over closer to her mentor. gingerly, she grabbed two tiny poppy seeds and pushed them over to her mentor. turning to the group, her social anxiety got the better of her, and she froze up a bit. it took a moment for her to recover herself before meowing: "so, i-i gave l-lightsk-skies a p-poppy s-seed to ease h-her p-pain." the kitten meowed with her normal stutter.
she then picked up a few marigold leave in her jaws and began to chew them up into a pulp. she pressed her tongue against the actual petals, but let the juice drip out of her mouth and onto the femme's leg. snowy then spit out the leaf and then grabbed some cob-webs. the kitten gently eased them onto the cut before stepping back happily. "th-there." she purred in satisfaction. to her mentor, she leaned over and meowed "i-i'll make t-the cut n-next."

"Good job" Lightskies mewed. She looked at the watching kits, "so after she gave me poppyseeds to help with the pain, she applied some marigold, and then covered in with cobweb to hold the marigold in, and prevent bleeding." She looked at the other kits gathered. "Does anyone think that they can try it?" She asked. As Snowpaw commented on making the next cut she shook her head. "Don't worry, if I take of the cobweb you put on, others can try on my same cut."

Lightskies looked over at Robinkit. "Ok then" she mewed, carefully taking the cobweb off of her leg. "Now, what's the first step?" She asked Robinkit.
