"I'll wait for you. Maybe I'll catch something else," he gestured to his plump rabbit and mouse before silently sitting down, eyes wide and alert.

"Suit yourself, I suppose," was all the tom said before shrugging his shoulders and then disappearing back into the brush around them. He instantly sniffed the scents of the immediate area and detected no only the other cat, but prey scent. A plump mouse. Angryconscience crept on silent paws toward the critter and soon caught sight of it nibbling away at a seed. Without a moments more pause, the large tom pounced on the creature and killed it swiftly. He then picked up after giving thanks and then returned toward the other cat. It had been only a few moments in his mind, but had been much more. Minutes maybe.

Angryconscience only smirked in response to the cat's smile. He gathered his prey and nodded for them to return.
