Snowpaw touched noses with her new mentor. She felt honored to have the leader of her clan as her mentor although she knew that Spectrumstar might be too busy to teach her at times.

Snowpaw was so proud to be an apprentice. She'd been waiting for this day for a long time. Best of all, she was being apprenticed at the same time as her friend, Cheesekit.

[sigh. i wanted spectrumstar to be saplingpaw's mentor, since she is still in need of one. she's already an apprentice, but she doesn't have a mentor. and i figured since her ambition was to be leader some day, it would be honor for her to be his apprentice. but of course, my stupid inactivity has struck again! another loss.]
