The tom walked, well, hopped, over to the kits. Lucky had recently joined WindClan, and had not yet been assigned a rank. "Hello," he purred. "How are you? I'm Lucky," he said, and sat down, tiring to hide his missing leg. "Hello Spectrumstar," he added respectfully.

(YAY!!! LEOPARD!!!) Cheesekit jumped as WindClan's leader appeared before him. "Hi Spectrumstar! We're not doing anything. Certainly nothing bad..." The second he said it, he realized how suspicious the words sounded. He cleared his throat softly. "Anyways, me and Vinekit were wondering... could you take us hunting?" He wiggled his haunches as he said this, then pounced on a mossball. Then he turned expectantly to the leader.

the tom's eyes softened as he saw the tom. "why hello lucky. I remember you." he meowed with a nod of his head. "i'm well. how about yourself?" when he heard a small voice behind him, he turned to face the kittens. he let out a soft chuckle at the kittens antics and nodded slowly. "yes, I suppose," he meowed. "show me your hunting skills on your mossball first," he meowed, crouching down to watch.

Cheesekit looked at the tom- Lucky, he said his name was- and purred softly, "My name is Cheesekit. How are you? How old are you?" Then with a second glance, he noticed that despite his efforts to hide it, Lucky was missing a leg. "What happened to your leg?" The words burst out of his mouth. He felt hot with embarrassment and shame. "Sorry, I'm rude." She bit her paw to silence herself. "You don't have to answer that."

(XD it sounds funny when ur being all serious and scolding someone named cheesekit XD) Cheesekit stared down at the ground, willing it to swallow him so he didn't have to be here. "Sorry, Lucky. I'll leave you alone now." He glanced at Spectrumstar then at his paws again. "I guess I don't deserve to go hunting," he mewed sadly. He walked towards the nursery, his entire body drooping. His paws were heavy as he trudged towards the den.

Cheesekit perked up. He spun around at the sound of Spectrumstar's voice and sprinted back. She skidded to a halt right in front of the leader. "You da best, Spectrumstar!" (that's right. he said 'you da best')

Vinekit slithered away. She really didn't want to get into this. She always acted shy around their leader.

"Yeah! Yeah YEAH!!!" Cheesekit was a little overly excited. He wiggled his rear and leaped on Vinekit's tail as she attempted to retreat. "Ta-da!"

he chuckled once more before commenting. "nice job! let me show you how I do it," he meowed before demonstrating. he pressed himself to the gound, tail hovering slightly above the ground. it had taken him many moons to perfefct his stance.
