Everestsnow bounded up the High Rock. Again he had no patience for tradition. "SkyClan, gather for a meeting!" he called, waiting for his Clan to assemble. The tom needed to get his nine lives soon and he had an idea.

traffickit bounced over on springy paws. she waded in the pool of her clan and took her place at the front of the group. if this was some hullabaloo about promotions, she was going to be trafficpaw soon. the cream tabby stared at everestsnow who was soon to be evereststar. she smiled to a certain extent.

the snowy white she-cat padded over to the highrock at her soon-to-be leader's summons. her body language indicated that she was very socially awkward, from her hunched shoulders, and wide, nervous eyes flcikign from scene to scene. honestly, you'd thinkthat she was about to be attacked or something. she was more at ease with a smaller group, but this certainly wasn't that. snowpaw timidly padded up beside traffickit, and gracefully took a seat, wrapping her tail around her paws. her light blue gaze darted from place to place, and her ears folded back against her head. go to your happy place, she told herself. she took a deep breath, and tried to stay in control. |

Everestsnow's yellow eyes bore down on his Clan. He was not in a good mood. Oh well, might as well get this over with. "I will be going to Moonstone soon, all who wish to become a shaman or a shaman apprentice come with me. StarClan shall decide who should be shaman or shaman apprentice. We leave tomorrow at dawn. Any questions?" the dark grey tom asked, his tone indicating there'd better not be any questions. His tail flicked irritably.

traffickit stood up excitedly. she didn't even know if she wanted to be a shaman but she knew snowkit would be perfect for it. she will come anyway. "ooh! oh oh!" traffickit mewed. "snowkit! are you going?" the milky tabby was sure going. "no questions from me sir!" traffickit smiled, this was her first time to the moonstone. that would be so cool if she could be a shaman or maybe she wanted to be deputy or something, oh well!

snowkit's stomach was suddenly alive with active butterflies fluttering about. her light blue eyes widened with shock; this was her come true! soon, she'd have a chance to prove what an amazing shaman apprentice she could be. this was her moment to be something besides the nobody she was right now. this opportunity could be life changing for the snowy white kitten. at the kitten's question, she turned and something rare happened; a small smile bloomed upon her maw. "you bet I am!" she purred, her eyes glittering.

Sparrowflight blinked his golden eyes in interest as he heard that that clan leader was leaving to go to the moonstone. "I've a question." The tom spoke out, his brown tabby tail laid neatly over his paws. He had no idea what type of ranking path he would wish to pursue, but somehow he couldn't see himself tending to wounded cats his whole life. "Who is going to take care of the clan while you are gone?" The tom questioned. He knew that Everestsnow, or soon to be, Evereststar, still would need to appoint a deputy even after he received his nine lives.

"i would like to come, if you will have me," direwolf said. he wasn't exactly sure what his interest in herbs was, but he figured this would be a good time to find out. the large tabby lifted himself up and padded over.

"My warriors can take care of themselves for one day," Everestsnow growled in response. He wasn't usually like this but right now his mood was foul and the dark grey definitely didn't want to have to answer any questions.

Sparrowflight simply stared at his new leader, dipping his head in respect. "Very well." He replied, turning away. Though he disliked the way the leader had spoken to him, he still remained courteous. If there were any chances whatsoever that he would become Deputy, he did not want to ruin those chances by something extremely stupid. |
