The black she-cat trotted through the thick forest. She had been walking all night, looking for something. The Darkhearts. She had heard of them once, now she wanted to see if they were real. "Hello?" she screeched into the night, "anyone there?" She flicked her tail impatiently as she continued onward. Her claws went in, and out. In, and out. She needed to sink them into something. A mouse, perhaps. Or maybe a cat. She sheathed them quickly. She wanted to join the Darkhearts, not fight them. She kept reminding herself of this as she drove her claws deep into the earth. "I haven't got all day," she meowed, a hint of exasperation in her voice. She sighed as she slunk across the forest floor. Her purple eyes were illuminated by the moon dangling from the clouded night sky.

As Auburnfrost had things under control, Darksoul stayed silent as he padded up, his eyes observing Galaxy carefully. The gray tabby tom's muscles flexed as he sat, not taking his eyes off the newcomer. "Perhaps a Simpler introduction would be best Chester" Darksoul said, with a hint of a smile to the relatively new cat.

"Chester," Galaxy repeated. She liked Chester. He had guts. Then she turned back to the she-cat. "I am here to do you the honor of joining you," Galaxy mewed, her purple eyes sparkling with arrogance.

"Honor?" Darksoul cutting, raising an invisible eyebrow. The monarch's eyes scanned her, picking out each little detail and flaw. "Do you think you can prove that?"

"No, there is no ritual, Auburnfrost simply wants to test your strength, but that is for another day. "If you want to join, then you must swear your loyalty to the Darkhearts."

"I swear my loyalty to the Darkhearts," she mewed quickly. She was slightly curious about testing her strength, but she knew she would be strong enough. She always was.
