radiocub was gone. he felt heavy and weighed down under one clan. he couldn't live like that anymore. he wanted to travel, and be free. all that was left was a small message made up of symbols. he knew that his sister would be able to interpret them. they read; jade, i'm traveling. I will come back to you I promise. you were the only one there for me, and I love you with all my heart. yours, radio.

oh no! she didn't know what had happened to radiocub or what the scrapes in the dirt meant but this was not good. "jade? lightningstar? someone?" the usually cool-headed preemptivepaw shouted in a near panic.

nighty was tired of roleplaying just lightningstar for once and decided to bring up one of her inactive characters. since ashura was radiocub's sister, whom always seemed to be alone... she appeared, upon seeing preemptivepaw's panicked state. "what's up?" the she-cub asked, concerned.

Jade rushed to the sound of Preemptivepaw's frantic voice. She saw the symbols on the ground and told herself that he would be okay. "He's gone," she said hollowly. "Gone."

ashura didn't really know how to react. she wasn't as close to her brother as she should have been, or even her sister for that matter. but perhaps now was the time for that to change. the normally friendly cub padded over to her sister and nudged her. "i'm sorry, jade." she murmured quietly.

Nightkit watched Jade sadly. If Radio was gone, who was she going to pester? She thought that she had even gotten him to start to like her. But now he was gone. Maybe they weren't friends after all. She lay down to try to calm herself, but she couldn't do it. Radio is gone. Radio is gone. She repeated the words over and over, telling herself that it was a lie, but it was true. Radio was gone. He wqs gone.
