berry gave her a helpfull hint: to start by telling people that ''whoa! i shure am hungry for some tasty food'' and everyone will stupidly copy you cause there one the pills. then winter will come just after you all finnish.

Whispey guessed that you put the prey in the middle of camp and the cats ate it. Darkpaw guessed that this could be the next step as well.

Spotty had thought so but wanted to know if she had forgotten anything or something.
Starburst looked meaningfully at Darkpaw and mewed loudly, "look at all this prey! boy am i hungry!" She then selected a vole and began to eat.

At first, Darkpaw just stared at her like she was nuts. She sounded nuts. She looked kinda nuts. Then he realized what she was doing. "Ohhhhhh," he murmured under his breath. Clearing his throat, he mewed, "mmm, I'm starving!" He forced a look of delight onto his face as he plucked a mouse from the pile, sitting near his mentor to eat it.
Milkkit looked at her brother. He seemed a bit too cheerful... she shook away her suspicion. He was probably just excited to be an apprentice. She plucked a vole from the pile and padded over to join him.
He tried to hide his disappointment. With Milkpaw here, he couldn't talk to Starburst about training. His shoulders sagged ever so slightly.
Milkit, being the clueless, naive she-cat that she was, grinned stupidly, not even realizing that her brother was suddenly much less cheerful.
"Milkkit!" called a npc kit, "come here!"
Milkkit flashed an apolegetic smile before racing away.
Darkpaw smiled. "So," he mewed to Starburst, grinning, "what else do we do?"

berry looked at starburst stupidly ''now that you mention it, boy i am hungry!'' she said and she plucked a vole from the pile
''wait!'' cryed trident cryed ''let me take that one to see if it has any...mold in it.''
''ok! thanks for thinking of that. i never would have myself...''
trident removed the pill and put a second pill into his own. then he whispered to starburst ''remmember, she gets none because she is happy already, and i get to because im...depressed. tell darkpaw too.'' he remminded her

''that is what your kind are called, fire birds. you are new, i suspect.'' she said dissaprovingly. ''you should learn to control your flames, my pheonix.'' she had a way with cats that made them feel akward, but still get the feeling that she was a good cat. someone to be trusted.
