Starburst glanced at her apprentice. He needed to learn patience. "Ok," she mewed before sprinting out of camp, not waiting to see if he was following. Not to far from the camp entrance, Starburst climbed a tree, hidden carefully with her tail tucked away and out of sight.

"It could come in three stages. The high positions and semi high positions meet up so you, the leader, can check on them. The gobblers can have a day yo show off, and the kits can be show some duties by the apprentices."

Darkpaw padded out of camp excitedly and froze. Where did Starburst go? He lifted his nose to sniff the air. Closing his eyes, he let his nose lead him. Then he stopped, looking up. The scent trail went up the tree. Without hesitation, he climbed, carefully testing each branch to make sure it could hold him. Within a few minutes, he had reached his mentor. "Hi!" he mewed.

"Hi. Good tracking skills already, huh?" Starburst smiled at her apprentice. Looking around to confirm that nobody else was around she whispered. "So exactly how much do you know about the position of teller?"

He looked up, searching his mind for every fact about the position. "Ummm..." he began, "all I really know is that you're one, and that it has something to do with distributing pills?" he mewed, looking to Starburst, hoping he was right. He really wanted to impress his mentor.

Starburst nodded. "As far as I know, I am the one and only teller of Candyland. And only Tridentstar and possibly one or two other hps, and us even know about this rank. So what you know is very good, seeing as you only just got apprenticed." She smiled at Darkpaw, very impressed. "So the pills. They make everyone who takes them happy-go-lucky and carefree. My job is to make sure that everyone gets their pills before they stop feeling the affects."
