PreciousClan
History
There was once a brother and sister whose names are Gold and Diamond. They were born to a she cat named Ruby, but never knew their father. Ruby believes that the father abandoned her. One day when the kits were older, the family was hunting and a fox killed Ruby. Diamond was very frightened but Gold took care of her. Many moons later, a large group of rouges attacked Diamond and Gold. Both escaped, but they ran to different locations and couldn't find each other. Diamond looked everywhere for Gold, but eventually accepted that she would probably never see her brother again. Diamond wandered for a few days and then she found the Toxins. She immediately joined and was accepted as the high herbal for her skills with herbs she had developed while she had lived with Gold. One night, Ruby came to Diamond in a dream, leading her to a clearing in a forest. Wanting to see if it was true, Diamond followed the path she had in her dream and arrived in the same clearing. Gold was also there, for he had had the same dream. There was a happy reunion, during which Gold convinced Diamond to leave the Toxins and start a clan with him. Diamond agreed, but promised she would never forget the clan who took her in when she had lost everything.
Founders
PreciousClan was founded and first ruled by Diamond and Gold, a sister and brother.
Territory
The PreciousClan camp is located in a clearing in the middle of a forest. On one edge of the camp is a cliff (the camp is at the bottom of the cliff). This cliff has many caves in it and a rockslide has created a way for cats to get up to the caves. The caves serve as the dens, with high position dens near the top and normal positions at the bottom. Low positions live in an underground cave, and are kept in by a boulder over the entrance that is big enough to block the entrance but small enough to let air in. The sapphire, in addition to a cave to sleep in has a large section underneath a tree and next to some shrubs to store herbs and for injured cats to sleep in. There is a waterfall in the territory and a stream that runs through the camp. There are trees all around that shelter the camp. A training area is connected to the camp by a small path. The fresh kill pile is in the middle of camp. There is also a cave in the territory with precious stones embedded in the walls. This is where cats from PreciousClan can communicate with the Precious Spirits. They are like the StarClan of PreciousClan.
Religion
When Diamond explored what was soon to be her camp for the first time, she discovered a cave with many different jewels and gems sticking out of the walls. She put her nose on a Diamond, just an instinct, and aaccidentally fell asleep in the quiet, pleasant cave. Ruby came to her in a dream and told her how this was the way to talk to the Precious Spirits and gave her nine lives to lead her clan with.
Rules of PreciousClan
All cats will judge one another based on the individual's actions, not heritage
All cats are to be respected and treated fairly, except low positions
Bad mouthing any other cat of a normal position or higher will not be tolerated.
Cats of PreciousClan will always help someone in need.
You may not go to the Cave of Precious Spirits without permission from the Diamond.
The Diamond's word is law.
All cats are expected to try their hardest at all times.
Failing to obey these rules a certain amount of times will result in demotion.
Rules for the RPers
Treat all members fairly.
Please try to limit the spam. I know it's impossible to not spam so just try to keep the spam down.
Fade in and out kitting.
Do not jump in with an unapproved cat, especially hps and semi hps.
Active rpers will have their cats promoted.
If you are constantly inactive any semi high and hps you rp will be demoted.
Please pm me if you have questions or comments or if you are going to be inactive for some reason like vacation
If your cat is going to be promoted or demoted the diamond's rper will pm you before the ceremony.
If you have read the rules write 'long live Diamond' in the 'other' category of your form.
Ranks
High Positions
Diamond: leads the clan. They have 9 lives and their word is law. This position was named after the orignal diamond, Diamond. May accept joiners.
Gold: they become diamond when the diamond dies. The gold is second in command, and leads the pearls. May accept joiners. If a hp or semi hp dies like a pearl, the gold determines which of the bronze is most skilled.
Sapphire: uses herbs to heal cats and interprets omens from the Precious Spirits. They may have a mate but shall always be loyal to the clan and can accept joiners.
Emerald: leader of the topaz. Watches copper to determine what kind of bronze they will become. Has the final word in this decision and may accept joiners.
Semi high positions
Pearl: Advise the Diamond on anything they require including war strategies, demotion, promotions etc. The pearls vote on a final verdict and the gold leads the pearls.
Topaz: watches copper to determine what kind of bronze they will become. The topaz are led by the emerald.
Amythest: they are ambassadors of the clan. They scout for joiners and form alliances on the diamond's command.
Garnet: poses as a silver. They watch the clan to ensure no bad rumors are spread. Only the diamond and gold know who the garnets are, and if there are multiple garnets they don't even know that the other is a garnet. All bad mouthing of hps, semi hps and their decisions is to be reported to the diamond.
Sapphire bronze: sapphires in training. If the sapphire dies the gold determines which sapphire bronze is more skilled.
Normal Positions
Silver: they are the warriors of the clan. They fulfill normal duties like hunting and train the bronze.
Bronze: apprentices. They become apprenticed to a silver at 6 moons and become a silver after their final assessment, which is overseen by the diamond.
Bronze pearls, topaz, and amythests: they learn how to be a semi hp but also get a silver to mentor them. They learn about what they want to be and then do normal duties. They are exactly the same as a bronze except if a semi hp dies, the gold tests them to find who is most skilled at the job.
Copper: the kits of the clan. They become a bronze at 6 moons and are watched closely by the topaz and emerald.
Ruby: she cats who are close to giving or have recently given birth. They are cared for by the clan and may return to whatever position they formerly had when their copper are bronze.
Opal: the elders. The clan cares for and respects the opal. Any position may become an opal if they retire.
Low Positions
Tin: prisoners. They may be traitors or prisoners of war. They eat leftovers and are disrespected.
Aluminum: servant. They may be former tin, but wish to be part of the clan. They must do a certain amount of moons of labour to amend their crimes. They may become silvers when their service is done and will be treated equally if they remain loyal.
