the queen felt sympathy for the two cats, a slight feeling of hurt creeping through her. but as soon as the kit tumbled out into the open, a smile was formed once again. regalstar was very fond of kits, and keen to help others. these two would make a wonderful addition to the clan.

nighty was just bursting with plots today... regalstar just smiled, waiting for the couple to respond. however she did notice flame's softness with the kit and a thought went through her head. one which she would not mention.

the she-cat nodded in understanding. "very well. come then, we will show you the castle." she said, trying to keep herself calm but really inside she was bursting with excitement. the monarchy would finally become more popular, like the other clans in the forest.
