" Thanks a lot Shadedwillow." Thrushwing padded up. " I was gonna go." He glared at Shadedwillow and padded away.
" Ignore him." Shadedwillow relpied.

"Ok. Diamond, you take Gemstone and Gabriel, and I'll take Caria and Shadedwillow." He looked at each cat before saying, "Let's go." He padded towards the entrance to camp, pausing to look expectantly at his patrol.
Silentkit was still sleeping.

Diamond walked to an area of the forest where she knew prey was plentiful. If a few minutes she had caught a mouse and a bird, smiling at her success.
