and i cannot place riversong anywhere until you inform me of a rank to put her.

but now The Monarchy is official, so you can just jump in with a character. HPs and Semi-HPS are chosen icly, but a normal rank is auto accepted.
I'm going to lock this, and make a question thread, so if anyone has questions about The Monarchy, you can just go there. c:
