"If we work quickly to line them with moss, as well as put moss around the edge, it should keep the sand out" Timepaw said. He looked carefully at the spot where the dip he had just dug was, having now filled. Scooping the soft sand out of the way, he made it a reasonable size, before quickly piling in moss. Spreading the moss out, he lined the nest, as well as lining the sand around it. "Hopefully that will keep it's shape" he mewed.

she smiled as she watched, not sure if she knew how to do that. she started to dig a small spot in the sand, and when she was ready to pile in the moss, she did, but sand was already filling up and burying the moss.

Timepaw held up a paw to help block the sand, as well as scoop some out of the quickly filling nest. "Now just spread the most around" he mewed.

imagi then started to move the moss, lining the scoop in the sand. she smiled at him, though began to laugh softly at how silly her nest was looking.

"You can sleep in the nest I made if you want" Timepaw said, smiling at her. He didn't mind making another nest if needed, though he didn't doubt she could make a good one. He scooped some more loose sand of the moss, helping to spread it over the side.

"i guess i didn't do so well when i chose this spot. being sandy and all." she said with a small giggle. "i was actually thinking we could sleep together. but i wasn't really focused on the nests a whole lot."

Timepaw smiled a little more, though it wasn't really noticeable. "That's perfectly fine with me" he said. He would actually prefer that, though he didn't say so.

she nodded. "maybe we can just place some moss down and lay on top of it?" nighty was now using her mind as if they were at the beach. the moss would be like a blanket.

"Alright" the tuxedo tom said. His only worry was that the wind might pick up, but it was fine now, so it would probably be fine later. "Hungry?" He asked, realizing that they still hadn't eaten the rabbit.

even if the wind did pick up, they could just cuddle. *derp* :3 remember, two warm bodies with fuzz! "oh. i haven't really been focused on food a whole lot. i don't know. are you?" she asked softly.

"I can wait, if your not hungry" he said. He looked down, scooping aside the moss to let the sand fill in, before begging to spread it out again, over the sand. He piled it a little thicker around the edges, making it just big enough for the two apprentices to sleep comfortably.

imaginarypaw was actually speechless for once, not really knowing what to say. she sat and curled her gray tail around her paws, looking on at the view. it was peaceful here. and the birds weren't chattering as much anymore. but she felt that anywhere with timepaw would be like this. but the question was, would this one night make their bond official? would they be mates? would they have kits? it was all unknown to imagi. all she could do was live in the moment and savor it forever.

Having finished the nest, Timepaw looked back at Imagi. The sun was setting in the sky, whose daytime yellows and blues now turned slowly to a vibrant range of red and orange to violet and blue.

the she-cat smiled at the sight. and one of the things that made the scene perfect was that it wasn't too hot, and it wasn't too cold, just a little bit like a spring kind of day, with a nice cool breeze. and she was here with her boyfriend :3 timepaw.
