Crystal shrunk back a little as Mackerel hissed at her, but the grin never left her face. It just got a little less sincere

"meeting dismissed." regalstar said, turning and disappearing in her chambers. the she-cat then started down the stairs and padded through the halls until she had made her way out and in the courtyard. she searched for flame and crystal, and then spotted the she-kit playing with mackerel. she did not see the head knight however.

Flame was standing near Crystal. He dipped his head to Regalstar as she appeared, wondering if she was going to tell Crysal what they had discussed.

that was one of the things that the queen would say, but there was also a few things she would like to discuss with flame. the queen dipped her head in response and padded over to stand by the tom.

regalstar dipped her head in turn. "flame," she said, trying to remain formal. though she found the tom somewhat attractive, and had a thing for him (; (; she had a task at hand already planned out for him.

"Is there something you want to discuss?" Flame asked. The tom spoke formally, though he too found himself attracted to Regalstar. He glanced quickly away at the nearby kit, ignoring Mackerel.

"yes. i would like you to organize two patrols, however i was hoping you would be the head of both. one is going to find recruiters for this event, and the other is going to discuss an alliance." regalstar explained. "but don't send any of them out yet. i want to make an appearance at the gathering first."

CRYSTAL SMILED AT REGALSTAR AND FLAME. SHE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. WHISPEY WAS ALSO FEELING A BIT CRAZY, AND THE CAPS WERE PERFECT FOR THAT.

the queen smiled kindly at the kit and came over to stand in front of her. "crystal, me and flame have decided that we are going to adopt you." she murmured.
mackerel padded away, even more bored than luna. he spotted the lonely she-cat and padded over to her. "hi." he said, starting conversation.
