she opened her maw slightly to scent the air before darting away silently, automatically slipping into her invisibility. the she-cat reappeared a few seconds after, stalking around the bushes. she tracked a mouse which was scuffling around a small hole in the ground not far from where she was located. silently, she crept up on the creature and as soon as she was within a few tail-lengths, she pounced. a small crack was heard as she broke it's spine. then, she killed it immediately and whispered "thanks" to the platinum souls. yes, she knew who they were.
