((well, since you applied her as a dame, she is a dame c: you can also find out the ranks by visiting the monarchy signup page, i put everyone's ranks in))
regalstar simply turned away and dropped into a hunters crouch, gliding across the forest floor elegantly. her silver tail swished lightly from side to side and she pulled her nose up to scent the air, smiling in satisfaction at the faint smell of prey. she drew herself forward and through a bramble thicket, careful to not make any noise. she was rather successful for her lean frame, making it through perfectly and not yet making a sound. she continued on, and suddenly stopped. she was halfway to a tree when she recognized the small brown pelt and the long fluffy tail of a squirrel, contently, nibbling on a nut. stalking another couple of tail-lengths forward, she slightly swayed, putting all her weight into her front paws as she calculated time for the jump. then, suddenly, she was flying in the air, her hind-paws floating limply while all of her weight remained on her front. she landed directly atop the poor creature, knocking it to it's death in one blow. before she plucked up the piece of freshkill, she glanced up at the sky, silently thanking starclan for a successful kill. the queen turned and padded back to the same spot she was last, with evergreenpaw. she dropped her prey and kicked earth and leaves over it so that no other cat would steal her wonderful piece of prey.

Looking up from the clear water, Flame saw Stawberrysunset padding over. "Hello" he mewed. The red tabby hadn't ever gotten to know Strawberrysunset very well, but they didn't mean he didn't know her, they just weren't close friends. "I'm good, just watching the water, how are you?" He asked, his eyes revealing that he was trying to be friendly. Flame wasn't the most social cat, he tended to stick to his duties, and time alone, rather than spending more time with his clanmates. Watching the clear water that flowed under the bridge was a common activity for the tom, who found it calming.

[kay c: jus wasn't sure if it was going to be done icly or not] strawberrysunset smiled and nodded to the tom. "hello," she replied. "i'm well, thank you for asking," the cream she-cat took a seat beside him and rested her light blue gaze upon the water's rippling surface. "quite pretty, isn't it?" she mused aloud.

Cherrydrop quietly sat off to side until she was called upon by Regalstar. She did enjoy serving her even if she was considered a servant, but she really didn't mind the label. The tuxedo female looked around at the other cats in the room. There was Strawberrysunset and a few others including the Queen herself. Her whiskers twitched in the slightest amount of expression as she viewed the cats. The Monarchy was a very interesting place and she couldn't help feel a little important at being in such a pristine group. Still in the back of her mind she had ideas of deadly things, but she wasn't to do them. Cherrydrop didn't quiet need them as of late and hopefully wouldn't need them soon.

Evergreenpaw stalked a mouse muselessly.

(Flame and Stawberrysunset are outside, Regalstar and Evergreenpaw are out hunting, Wingsofchange .) "It is" Flame mewed, turning his green eyes back to the gently moving water. He took one dark tabby paw and touched the water lightly. A set of ripples broke the waters surface, distorting his reflection. "Have you ever been to the waterfall?" He asked. Flame was talking about a place quite a long ways away, there the terrain dropped off steeply to create a beautiful waterfall. The water was much different there, fast moving, it didn't reflect much, because the currents were to strong. However, the water wasn't to cold, and down at the bottom was a pool where you could swim.

Flame wasn't as museless, but wasn't sure what to say, so he sat silently, watching the water clear.

((yeah, some ranks i won't be promoting ic, but for ranks such as king, and other high positions will be done ic))
the gray tabby continued her hunt, stalking in the undergrowth, often stopping to scent the air. she followed the faint scent of a water vole, closer to the river that flowed into the pond that the castle sat atop. there, she found a burrow on the edge of the shoreline, where she waited a couple of heartbeats. then, up popped the vole, dashing across the ground. grinning, regalstar gave chase and snatched it up with a claw, drawing it close and swiftly giving the killing bite. although the she-cat seemed to be doing quite well, for not being practiced her skills in awhile, her next pounce was rather messy, and she missed the kill by a claw-length. the she-cat growled under her breath, but didn't make a big deal about it. even though she was queen, that did not mean she was perfect. after about her third piece of prey, which was a small mouse, she gathered her catches and began to pad back to camp.

(Thank you!)
Cherrydrop didn't bother herself as she suddenly remembered her majesty was out hunting. She wasn't need on such occasions so she just waited by the entrance for ma'lady to return and she can begin once again at attending to her wants or needs. The Queen was to be treated with much respect and that was how Cherrydrop did treat her. The tuxedo cat also had moments in her mind that she wanted to act against the Queen's wishes, but did not so for she had promised her late mother to never go against the Queen. It was one of the few things Cherrydrop truly followed that her mother had taught her when she was small and squabbling like a newborn, even though she was over a few moons at the time. The greenish amber orbs of Cherrydrop gazed around the outside of the entrance and she caught glimpse, or she thought she had, of Strawberrysunset and Flame. She shrugged a little as she waited with much patience for her Queen to come back from the hunt. Ma'lady sure takes some time catching pieces of food for our Monarchy. She is very skilled at what she does. Still Ma'lady doesn't need to do such things. She is the Queen, but again she is also the Queen so she may if she wishes I suppose, she thought.
(Lol Ma'lady. )

regalstar smiled as she padded across the bridge to see strawberrysunrise and flame outside the castle. the queen greeted the two cats with a nod, as she passed by, going straight through the entry. as she went in, she first noticed cherrydrop, seeming to be waiting patiently for her. "oh, hello, cherrydrop." said regalstar, kindly. "you didn't have to wait for me, you know. once i leave the castle you can go about something else."

Cherrydrop nodded and didn't chose a word or two to speak. She didn't much like talking and she wasn't one to start conversations or join them. Now listening was something she thoroughly enjoyed. She was able to learn many things this way and sometimes these pieces of info could be used later against someone or to help someone. The first was more often in her mind however. Still the second did occur more often than her thoughts. Cherrydrop made a choice that day to speak to the Queen. Regalstar was the only cat she really spoke to, other than her lost mother who had passed. "I chose to wait for you, Madame. I didn't see much else for me to do and I enjoyed watching the scenery from the entrance here. Was the prey running well, Ma'lady? "she said in a somewhat quiet voice sense she wasn't that loud and she preferred it that way.

"yes, very well, actually." said the queen, with a smile. "you should come hunting with me, sometime." she suggested, padding over to the freshkill pile to drop her three catches.

(It is up to you, but I think it would be fine too. I might even make one myself. Maybe we could make a plot of some kind for them. Add some muse for you. ) Cherrydrop lightly smiled and remembered all over again why she adored the Queen and viewed her a perfect and similar to a goddess. Her mother had warned her to be careful of her thoughts, but Cherrdrop didn't really believe her thoughts of the Queen were wrong. "I might have to in the future, Ma'lady. Shall I go fetch anything for you? "she asked with the politeness of any good servant. If anything were to happen to Regalstar, Cherrydrop would surely severely hurt the cat. She cared that much for the Queen.

Evergreenpaw was lost in the world of hunting. The tom in a she-cat's body slunk forward, eyeing a plump mottled brown thrush. Moving silently, almost effortlessly, like a snake gliding over the leaf litter, Evergreenpaw snuck up to behind her prey. She was upwind of the avian which was good luck. At the moment the young cat struck, she felt as if she could do anything. If she had mastered the skill of hunting, what couldn't she master? Evergreenpaw's entire body quivered with excitement as she struck down the thrush, killing it with a quick, neat blow across the neck. A tiny glimmered of blood on her paw caught her attention and the brown she-cat licked it off her claw in a single swipe before scraping some dirt over her kill and continuing on.
