the lioness was nearly done. she didn't believe any skyclanners had been captured so probably just a few backboard clans and she'd be ready.

daggerpaw came up to the border immediately, as if he knew what the she-cat was planning. his face was rather firm, anger reflecting his mood. "greetings, maplestar. i'm assuming you've come to speak with blackstar?" he questioned the lioness respectfully.

"If my apprentice is correct I hope I have arrived in a timely fashion" the tom said, watching her carefully. He too had a suspicion as to what she was here for. Eclipsepaw and Lilacpaw's disappearances would be avenged, though their captor was hard to identify, he had masked his scent well.
Blackstar had a special message for Phantompain's killer. At this thought his claws slid out, though he quickly sheathed them.

maplestar dipped her head and got straight to the point. "i am planning a raid to avenge our clanmates. against bloodclan of course. will shadowclan be joining in?" the lioness asked.

daggerpaw unsheathed his claws and dug them into the ground. he wanted to get lilacpaw back. but he had no idea bloodclan was behind it.

(She's in Shadowclan, and I wasn't sure whether to say she's been captured yet or not, so ~ yep.)
"And you are quite sure that it is Bloodclan that has been launching these attacks?" Blackstar said. He did not want to be used to do Riverclan's bidding. "We would prefer to stay away from making and... unnecessary enemies."
