Luminous stared at the pile of
herbs, trying to decide what to teach
first, how to began Imperfectkit's
training. There was so many herbs
and so many uses, where to began!

Imperfectpaw padded back into the medic den, this time noticing that her new mentor was there. "Hey Lumi." She greeted once she came within sight of the she-cat.

Luminous noticed Imperfectpaw walk
in the den and greeted her,
"Hbey, Inmpurfectbaw!", Lumi said
in her awkward deaf speak. Lumi
would probably be embarrassed by her
own voice if she could only hear it, but
she had no worries of embarrassment
since she couldn't. She gestured to the
stock of herbs,
"I bet you are excitudd tu learn abut these!"
"Hey, Imperfectpaw!"
" I bet you are excited to learn about these!"

Imp nodded. She began sniffing at herbs curiously. A strange gap seemed to open in her mind and place in facts about the herbs. She just didn't know their names, or definitions. She began to examine a prickly leaf, trying to determine which one it was, and what it was used for.

Luminous saw Imperfectpaw examining
a prickly leaf, a juniper leaf. Why hadn't
I thrown those out yet? I only needed the
berries. "That ius a juniber leaf, it doesn't
really have a use, but the berries do."
She shuffled the purplish red berries over
to the apprentice.
"What use do you think these hab?" |

Luminous laughed again
at her own stupidity, how was
Imperfectpaw supposed to know what
juniper berries do?
"They soothe belly ayhk and help
caths that hab trouble breathing."

Luminous picked up the fuzzy leaves in her
jaw and sat them down at Imperfectpaw's feet.

"Yes! That's right! I've heard of it often." Imperfectpaw grew more excited, her amber gaze beaming like flames. Her body twitched as some kind of spasm went through her. She shook at the feeling, but nothing seemed to change.

different quadrants. A pile for fever,

The she-cat then tilted her head. "Why not just list them in alphabetical order?" Imp asked. Surely it would be much easier to sort them accordingly to their first letters? But of course, Lumi knew best, so she would not try and argue.
