Cherrydrop then softened her frown to a small smile behind the daisies. He did seem a bit funny too, but she couldn't really succeed in laughing because of the daisies that were clamped tight in her small jaws. She also couldn't speak and frankly didn't enjoy it as she was so awkward about it.

ooc;; if you had traveled to regalstar's chambers, you could go to the queen's chambers sub-board. but i review all threads, so if i'm needed, i will appear in any. c:
ic;; pale gray ears perked into the direction of the tall brown doors that called entry to her den. up stood a striped pelt and gracefully, the queen trotted over to the doors. ever so slightly, regalstar set paw upon one half and pushed open the door. a friendly smile appeared across her maw and the usual gentleness flashed in her green eyes as she laid eyes upon the two in-waitings and their precious gift. she didn't say one thing, only observed the two with silent joy.

Cherrydrop just smiled and used her tail to gesture to the flowers. After a moment she spoke, "Um... Yes these are daisies for you. Regalstar, Ma`Lady. "She still had the shy voice and it was quiet.

"oh, how sweet of you." the queen murmured. happiness flooded over the she-cat. she had been in a tense mood, trying to determine more promotions, and the lack of cats seemed to be overwhelming. but at the sight of the two cats, generously giving her flowers--which they did not have to do for her--made her feel more cheerful. "thank you," she said, bowing her head.

Cherrydrop brightened at Regalstar's praise. The fact that Sickle put his tail on her side caused her heart to flutter for a moment and embarrassment flickered across her pelt. She felt happy in that moment and she actually smiled.

Cherrydrop then bowed her head also and her face of black and white shown with the light of joy. She'd been praised and this made her feel so proud. She managed to speak for once, even after the embarrassment that she still partially felt from Sickle, "Um... Thank you, Regalstar. "
