Sickle sat there with Cherrydrop in the Monarchy's Garden. He kept silent as he studied the crushed flowers. Ruined. Covered in dirt. Never to be beautiful again.

Cherrydrop sat with her ears flattened and her eyes cast down to the ground beneath her paws. Why was she clumsy? Why was she so bad at speaking? Why did she seem so dark and cold? Why did she feel lonely despite having so many cats around? Why was she so horrible at making friends and why was she shy? Cherrydrop whispered, sadly and with shyness, "T-The... I-I...... F-.... Flowers... "She felt ashamed of causing the mess that had happened. She'd probably just made Sickle hate her and she hurt herself too, because she loved the flowers.

"No reason to get so upset about it, it's done with now. Look on the bright side, there are plenty of flowers left." Sickle gestured to the flowers outside the zone where they had fallen.

Cherrydrop looked up from staring at her paws that now were covered in light brown dust. She looked around and then back to Sickle. The Lord in Waiting was right. There were others. She made of gesture of understanding by blinking her eyes and then nodding. The Lady in Waiting often had trouble talking to others, except for the elder members and the Queen. She was trying to get over it, but it was really difficult. Her tuxedo fur laid flat against her once again as she had bristled it slightly to show shame and slight sadness, but it was now flat again. She then looked at the area of flowers around them once again and sighed in mild relief that she hadn't ruined that many after all. Today must have been off for her because she was letting her emotions show. Just enough anyway that others got the idea.

Sickle studied the she-cat carefully. She seemed to be embarrassed over such a trivial thing. It was silly to think she would get so worked up over some ruined flora. He had to admit the garden was pretty, but not as pretty as she thought it was. "I suppose you should do what you came here for. To pick the flowers for Regalstar, yes?" Sickle uprooted some daisies with his teeth, and offered them to Cherrydrop. He didn't realize, that to other cats it might look like he was courting the pretty cat.

Cherrydrop looked up at the sound of Sickle's voice and the sound of daisies being pulled up from the dirt. She knew he was meaning to help her, but her heart skipped a beat for a sec. He looked so different in the way he was holding the flora and the moment was cut into fragments before her eyes of dark green-ish blue. She fought to hide her emotions behind her iron gates over her heart. After a few moments, she managed to regain some composure of well her normal self. After a moment she nodded some thanks to Sickle and stood up on her dusty paws. She went up beside him and bent down to grasp some other daisies. If some passersby hadn't seen the ending of her bending to grab more flowers, it'd look as if the quiet and shy she-cat accepted to the gesture.

Sickle sighed and looked up at the towering castle. He picked up another bunch of flowers and mumbled to Cherrydrop through gritted teeth, "We had better get these to Regalstar before it gets too late."

Cherrydrop tugged on a patch of daisies and nearly didn't get them out of the ground. She managed to grab a few and then came up with a shy smile at Sickle. She nodded, slowly, at his words and then turned a bit so she was beside him and ready to exit the garden. Her heart beat a little fast at the helpfulness and closeness of the tom-cat beside her. The black and white tuxedo pattern on her was a little dusty and she'd have to rid herself of the dirt later before seeing to the Queen. Her Majesty wouldn't appreciate dirt all over the castle, so the Lady-in-Waiting would fix that after the two set the flowers in a nice place in her royal chambers. She kind of liked Sickle, but she kept her hard exterior. Although, it was rather hard keeping the tough and polished lady act. She felt like just being so close that her fur almost touched made her want to melt. She'd fallen. She'd fallen ever so fast. Cherrydrop would probably crash and burn because Sickle probably didn't feel anything at all for the shy and quiet Lady-in Waiting.

Sickle made long strides across the large lawn of the Monarchy. He arrived rather quickly at the castle entrance, he hadn't even broke a sweat due to his healthy stature. He then realized that Cherrydrop's legs were probably much shorter than his. He turned around to see whether the tuxedo cat had kept up with his pace or not.

Cherrydrop had a little difficult keeping the Lord-in-Waiting's pace, but didn't struggle. She managed to get there about the same time as the tom. She was a little after of course, because her legs were a bit shorter. Her dark and light fur poofed up a little once they reached the entrance. Mostly from her quick strides, but she managed to still look halfway refined and lady-like.

Sickle saw that Cherrydrop was managing fine, besides the fact that her fur was ruffled and dusty. He then looked down at his own coat, to find it was in a rather nasty condition, too. He shook his fur out and began to lick at his chest.

Carefully, Cherrydrop laid the daisies down on the ground and shook herself swiftly. The dust fell off of her in sheets. A small dust cloud formed around her for a moment and then a small breeze cleared the dust. However, it didn't come soon enough because Cherrydrop already started to cough from the dust that stung her throat and mouth. She did come to a stop and then take a moment to breathe properly before licking her fur back into place. Soon she was finished and looked just as she had earlier. The Lady-in-Waiting then grasped the daisies once again and was ready to place them in Regalstar's chambers.

Sickle chuckled in silence as Cherrydrop shook her fur out making clouds of dirt appear. She looked mighty funny shaking around like she had ants in her fur, maybe she did.. He laughed again.

Cherrydrop frowned as she felt a rise of embarrassment surge through her. She waited in silence and awkwardness as she listened to his laughter. She kind of like his laugh, but didn't like the fact her was laughing at her. Still the Lady-in-Waiting didn't say anything.

"Oh, I'm not trying to be rude. I must've looked pretty funny, also." Sickle smiled, his eyes gleaming with tease.
