Moonfur's black coat glistened as the sun started to set. The sky was turning a lavender color, replacing the orangey one that was fading. The small white and pink flower petals shook back and forth, as the light breeze sailed across the sky. The dark-furred she-cat was quiet and peaceful, spending most of her time in a large meadow by her clan. Moonfur rose from the bed of grass and waltzed over back to her clanmates. They were all talking about the death of the clan's leader, and who the new deputy would be. Since the old deputy took on the position of new clan leader. The she-cat sat next to her warrior friends and her apprentice. All waiting to hear the announcement from the new leader.

Moonfur's ears twitched as she sensed something. She decided to sniff around. Her small pink nose smelt an unusual scent. It belonged to a cat. "INTRUDER!"

Lavablast padded over. The green-eyed she-cat was a fairly new warrior, so she did not expect to become deputy. Her bright ginger fur fit in perfectly with the setting sun. When she heard Moonfur announce that there was an intruder, instently she was on high alert. "Where?"
