Enchantedkit grinned at the leader in a way she hoped wasn't suspicious and then sprinted towards the warriors den, assuming her friends would follow.

Standing up, Blackstar was quickly in front of Enchantedkit, blocking her path. "What, do you think I'm deaf?" He said, watching her closely.

Enchantedkit stared at her paws. "Sorry, Blackstar." She took a few steps backward and away from the warrior's den. "We were only trying to have some fun. And I wasn't gonna jump TOO hard." She immediately realized that it was stupid of her to make excuses. "I shouldn't have suggested it," she murmered, her pelt hot with shame. She could feel the leaders eyes staring her down.

"No, it was partially my fault for not trying to stop her," Blossomkit said to Blackstar in defense of her friend.

Lilackit gulped and whispered, "I'm sorry Blackstar, I didn't try to stop her. Please don't be mad." The golden kit looked up at the powerful leader with her big, sorrowful sapphire eyes.

Enchantedkit gave Blossomkit a 'thanks for standing up for me but it's not your fault don't be an idiot' look (THAT was a mouthful/ typeful/ idkful). She stepped forwards and meowed, "No, Blossomkit had nothing to do with it. Punish me (I volunteer as tribute)." She dipped her head to the Blackstar as she waited for her punishment.

"You don't have to be so selfless. This is what friends are supposed to be for," Blossomkit muttered into Enchantedkit's ear, attempting to lighten the mood a bit. She was somewhat relived that she wouldn't be punished, but at the same time silently prayed that Enchantedkit wouldn't be either.

Enchantedkit leaned in and murmered into Blossomkit's ear "So you're gonna take the hit when I'm the one who's guilty? I don't think so." She winked at Blossomkit and turned to face Blackstar again. (I keep accidentally typing Dovekit instead of Blossomkit  (and btw when Enchantedkit took the divergent test she got abnegation cx) |

Blackstar watched the kits, stumbling over themselves to apologize. "What makes you think I'm going to punish you?" He asked.
