Whisper slipped out of her den at the base of the Shade Oak and walked around the camp aimlessly, waiting for any cat to emerge from the dens.

"Whi-isper! Good morning..." Lana stuttered as she greeted Whisper. The Petal was still nervous, since she was a new edition to the group.

"It really doesn't matter how I'm doing... More importantly how are you doing?" Lana said. The young she-cat glanced at the grassy ground.

Whisper tilted her head. "I'm fine... and don't act like you don't matter!" she scolded playfully. The petal was actually one of the higher ranks, so of course she mattered!

"Sorry... I guess I shouldn't downgrade myself so much..." The caramel-colored cat let out a small mew and then waved her tail. The she-cat glanced up at the sky, as if she was searching for something. "The sky looks so beautiful..."
