Flame nodded, "are you from another clan?" He asked, if the kit was lost, it'd be best to get her back home as soon as possible.

She shook her head. She had heard stories about the clans, but she had never seen any clan cats. "Are you a clan cat?" She asked.

"I am a member of the Monarchy, we are a clan, though we have different rules than any others" Flame replied, looking back at the castle. "What brings you to the Monarchy then?" He asked.

Heading across the bridge, the castle grew ever closer. "I am Flame by the way" he mewed as he padded along, "I am a Knight of the Monarchy."

"A knight is a position in the Monarchy, our main job is to protect the clan. I am the head knight, it's my job to keep watch over the other knights" he said.
