morninghaze walked along through the forest, her eyes intent on nothing. her face completely expressionless. by her appearance, you'd judge her with thoughts that she may be a hostile, unfriendly creature. but morning won't tolerate your criticism. because what you think she is on the inside can only be discovered by talking with her. the dilute tortie lets out a sigh. she has been walking for hours, through what seems to be never-ending forest. but now, it appears that she has made it to the very middle of the forest. glancing back, she can see even darker woods; thick forest, and just the tip of an abandoned mansion. but up head, starting with this boundary line, is nothing but bright green and lush forestry. and farther on, she can see ancient stone. probably the castle. she thinks quietly. morninghaze sits still, awaiting for a patrol. it is the polite thing to do.

a brown tabby tom was heading towards the very border that he and flame had encountered trouble with the darkhearts. as he approached, he saw an unfamiliar she-cat sitting quietly, probably awaiting for some cat in the monarch to come along to talk to them. but there was this aching feeling that she might be from the darkhearts. mackerel narrowed his eyes and came up in front of the she-cat. "can i help you?" he questioned cautiously.

Now he and Mackerel were once again on this border, joined by someone from outside the Monarchy. The red tom sat down silently as he waited for an answer.

Luna, a small white apprentice, watched the newcomer white large amber eyes. The timid she-cat loved to be aound plants, but didn't think she was very good at fighting or hunting. The visiting loner didn't seem hostile; otherwise Luna would probably be out of sight in a tree. Despite her small figure, the apprentice could easily leap onto small branches.
