"Prince, I'm not sure we ought to be out here," the small lithe gray she-cat said, her ice-blue eyes filled with worry. On the other hand, her brother seemed to be very confident. The bracken tabby let out a small chuckle. "Oh please, Iris, there is nothing to worry about. Right here, we're on clan territory. Mother told me to take care of you, and I intend to do that by having us join this clan, called Windclan. We'll be safe here, I promise." The tabby looked down at his little sister, who then gave a sigh. "Fine," she murmured. "But if I die it's all your fault."

Cheeskit bounced through the forest. He lifted his nose casually and sniffed the air. He froze. Cat he wondered if he should go back to camp and get a warrior, but he decided to check it out on his own. He raced through the forest until he came across two cats. He puffed out his chest to look bigger and said, "You are on WindClan territory. Please state your name and business." He had heard the warriors say that.

As always, Prince was the first to speak. "I'm Princepaw, and this is my sister Iriskit. We wish to join Windclan." Iris only nodded in agreement, and kept her jaws shut as she eyed the other kitten with curiousity.

Lucky came out from the shadows to join the over-enthusiastic kit. "I got it Cheesekit," he murmured. "You'll have to pledge your loyalty," he replied to the cats," and someone of higher rank than I shall accept you." The seal point his his missing leg so as to not appear weak.

Princepaw nodded, then took a breath before once again speaking. "I swear to be forever loyal to Windclan," the tabby gave a quick glance to Iriskit as if beckoning her to swear her loyalty. The kitten looked up at the others, trying her best to show no fear. "I swear my loyalty to Windclan as well."

Cheesekit pouted slightly. He wished he were a warrior. Lucky was- well, lucky. "They said their names were Princepaw and Iriskit," he said, trying to be helpful Cherrypaw bounded up to the group. "Hey, Cheesekit," she said to her brother. Cherrypaw turned her curious blue eyes on the joiners. She decided to let Lucky take care of it. (hey horsey- is lucky still not ready for an apprenice? cuz cherrypaw is looking for a mentor  ) |

Lucky smiled at his apprentice and turned to the cats, motioning for them to follow him. "Cherrypaw, will you and Cheesekit run and find Spectrum or Unsolvedpaw?"

"Of course," Cherrypaw mewed, dipping her head to her mentor. She flashed one last glance at the joiners before picking up Cheesekit and racing back to camp. She was slightly disappointed that she had to leave, but she went back to camp. "Cherrypaw!" Cheesekit whined. He hated when she picked him up. Ignoring her brother's whine, Cherrypaw continued running. She only stopped when she reached the camp. She carefully set down her grumpy brother and called, "Spectrumstar! (i seriously doubt leo's here  )Unsolvedpaw!" |

"Spectrumstar will be here shortly," said Snowpaw, Spectrumstar's apprentice. "We just finished hunting and he said he had to go back and get some prey he had left. Why do you need him?" She said to Cherrypaw.
