lightningstar once again, showed up on riverclan territory, waiting to find out whether they were going to the gathering or not. the orange tom was growing anxious. he was almost to the point where perhaps he could speed this along by just going into their camp. but no, politely, he waited for someone to appear. often though, he'd glance at his clanmates impatiently. |

Rainstorm padded along the border and saw the ThunderClanners. "This is RiverClan territory. May I help you?" he asked in a not-so-friendly tone.

Sunheart stood silently near his leader. The orange tabby tom knew that Lightningstar would answer Rainstorm's question so he said nothing.
Timepaw padded up beside Rainstorm. The black and white tom stood in wait for a reply from the other cats.

cats? interesting. perhaps they were from these other clans she'd heard about. "coming!" she called. giving her tawny fur a quick lick to be sure she was presentable, the lioness dashed out of camp. sure enough, it did seem the patrol was from different clan. "you wished to see me?" maplecandy asked.

gathering. right. she had heard of this. the clans would meet in peace to discuss politics and such. sounded harmless. "yes, we shall be attending," she decided.
