Lilacpaw, the newly appointed shaman apprentice, had recently inspected the shaman den. Instead of the inviting smell of herbs she expected, the only thing the golden tabby could sent was something dead or rotten. She remembered an old saying she heard once, 'An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." So she decided to use the little she knew to find some herbs. "Can anyone come on a patrol with me?" she shouted, her sapphire eyes sparkling. She wasn't official yet; hopefully someone would still come.

Lilacpaw wavered. "I'm not sure if you're allowed out of camp, Enchantedkit. But you might be able to help me organize them!" She replied.

daggerpaw was padding away from the freshkill pile when he heard lilac's offer. he put on a smile and padded over. "not just anyone can come on a patrol with you, but i would like to."

Lilac wavered. "Yeah, do you wanna leave now? I don't see anyone." She looked around the deserted camp, empty except for the kits in the nursery.
