Dovekit perked her ears. She had always wanted to be a medicine cat, and thought it was such an intetesting job. But a contest? She didn't know anything much...

Melody twitched her ears. Medicine cat? She had always liked healing more than fighting. Her father had trained her to be a killing machine, but after she ran away, she taught herself all about herbs.
