The Wanderers
History
There was once a tiny tiger cub named Mystery. No one thought she would last long, but she was taken to the circus anyways. They forced her to jump through flames and they kept her trapped in a small cage. She was miserable. Every moon, they left for another place where she was forced to do tricks again. They forced her to fight other tigers, and in one battle, she was severely wounded. They took her to a metal room. She overheard some twolegs talking about ‘putting her down.’ She didn’t know what that meant, but it didn’t sound good. They put her back in her cage. One day, they brought another tiger and put him in the cage with her. Soon, they became good friends. But one day, they took him away and shot him with a long, shiny black rod. She never saw him again. Then came the day she was to be put down. When they opened her cage, she leaped at one of the twolegs. The other twolegs were so focused on trying to help him that they didn’t even notice her leaving. She ran away to a large forest. One day, she decided to go out and gather more cats to create a clan. They called themselves the Wanderers.

The Wanderers live in a large forest. Every Greenleaf, they travel to a nearby mountain which takes 1 day to get to. During leaf bare, they travel to a desert, which takes 2 days to get to. During Leaf fall and Newleaf, they stay in the forest. They have 3 camps, one in each location. The forest camp is in a large, shaded bunch of trees. The higher your rank, the shadier your den. The mountain camp is in a large cave filled with smaller caves. The desert camp is in a shaded series of holes in the ground. There is a large pool equal distance from every camp where the doctor goes every moon to receive messages from the Fallen.
Beliefs
The Wanderers believe that every deceased cat goes to join The Fallen. Every moon, the doctor goes to the Spirit Pool to receive messages from these deceased cats. To contact The Fallen, you must lap 3 mouthfuls of the water from the pool. The doctors are contacted by The Fallen in a dream whenever it is time for the clan to leave their current camp and when it is time to journey to the Spirit Pool.
