mackerel was bored too. which gave nighty an idea. the tom started to pad away from the group, off to stir up trouble and cause mischief.

Flame narrowed his eyes, silently following the group. He didn't really trust Mackerel.

Crystal grinned at Flame and then continued to march alongside Mackerel. (when will she be adopted?)

as soon as mackerel halted outside the castle doors, he whipped around, though turned on the side crystal was on. he stared at his followers expectantly. "what are you guys doing?" he asked somewhat grimly. however nighty had a developing crush for luna, so his gaze wasn't as harsh as he glanced at her.

he couldn't help but smile. but as he thought of the others, his smile vanished. he felt like when flame was around he was always on his case, so he couldn't get away with much considering the tom was older, more experienced, and a head knight. "well, i'm not that important." he responded to the she-cat, trying not to let her down or lead her on. even if she did want to follow him, he didn't mind. it was just flame he was worried about. something about the knight caused him to feel like he was being watched like a hawk. kind of like a father with a son....

the tom didn't really care about their responses. the one that actually echoed through his head was the one crystal gave him. "me too." he said, though he was careful what he said around flame. he didn't want to be mean, but to get rid of flame, he had to get rid of crystal and luna too. so... after a moment's thought, he turned his head back to the bridge and took off running. this would be fun.
