mackerel would handle this. the brown tabby tom narrowed his eyes at the commanding tone of a stranger at the border. he crept up silently, observing the she-cat for a moment before speaking. "name and business?" he asked, a hint of annoyance in his tone.

the tom glared at the joiner. he wasn't very patient with younger cats. even if they were only a few moons younger. "still not accepted." he said. even if he could accept her, he wouldn't.

The orange-red pelt of the head knight appeared. "That is fine, October, you are accepted into the Monarchy" Flame said. He didn't even glance at Mackerel. He had no need two, besides they weren't exactly on the best of terms.
(Nighty, do you want to wait for Imp to be capture until after half moon, or can I just play an NPC that captures her?)

mackerel didn't even say a word, he simply looked at his paws for a second before letting his green eyes drift back up to the joiner, a slight glare in his eyes.
