"Darkhearts, gather!" The Monarch said, swishing his tail. They needed to up their game. "That contest begins today!" he mewed. "Remember that I will be monitoring your activity, and as a start I'm issuing a warning to every clan member. We need to step up our game." The tom's gaze raked the clearing, a slightly angry note in his voice. "That sparring will begin later today. That is all, dismissed." It was a short meeting but he said what needed to be said.
