(that's ok) The tom looked at her. "I'm not telling you anything until Rainbow here lets me up." He looked back to Rainbowgleam expectantly. "Well?" Somehow, he remained strangely calm.
"You disgusting excuse for a cat!" Rainbowgleam growled. "Leave her out of it!" Then she turned to Minnowpine. "Listen to me." she mewed, "He is a murderer. He will kill you. Do NOT come near him." Then she turned her cold gaze to her brother. "Shadow, what do you want? What more could you possibly want?" She couldn't take it anymore. She crumpled to the ground. "What more can you take from me?" she whispered, a single tear streaming down her cheek.

Minnowpine eyed the tom. " I am Minnow. Friend of Rainbow." She turned to Rainbowgleam. "I see you have this intruder under your control. I will wait for you by the trout pool where we were hunting. I will want an explanation."

Shadow stood up and walked over to Rainbow. "I only did what had to be done," he muttered, then he walked off in the same direction as Minnow. He sprinted to catch up with her. "Hello," he meowed, matching her pace. Then he leaped in front of her, blocking her path. "Where are you going?" he asked, staring at her with his icy blue eyes.

Rosepaw was just now running up to the scene, due to her shorter legs. "Minnow, is everything ok? Is this stranger bothering you?" Rosepaw asked, seeing the new cat. But for some reason the stranger looked familiar.... like Rainbowgleam, she realized.

Shadow smiled at Rosepaw. "You think you're tough, don't you?" He laughed before adding, "Don't be so sure of that." Then he turned back to Minnow. "Well, MINNOW, my name is Shadow, and as you probably know, i am Rainbow's brother," he hissed.
