Rosepaw slowly waded through the water to her mentor, not making a sound. She was still wary that it might be one of Rainbowgleam's tricks.

"Now," Rainbowgleam whispered, "stay perfectly still." Her eyes flicked briefly over to Rosepaw, and Rainbowgleam gave her apprentice an urgent look before her eyes zipped back to the trees. She could still see it. It hadn't moved- yet.

(gah sorry i responded a few days ago but i guess it didn't work) In a heartbeat, Rainbowgleam shot across the water, her paws barely touching the ground, and she disappeared into the trees. (originally she was going to splash you guys but then i realized that was kinda mean considering how freaked out you were and also it wasn't as interesting and also i have an idea which you will soon find out about)

Rainbowgleam raced through the trees. You're not getting away this time she thought. She sprinted as fast as she could. She could just see the gray shape ahead of her. It got closer and closer as she ran faster and faster. When they were less than an inch apart, she leaped at it. They rolled to the ground. Rainbowgleam let out a triumphant screech as she pinned him to the ground. "Hello again," she meowed coldly, glaring at him. Her blue eyes stared into his identical ones. The eyes of her brother.

Minnowpine rushed to fallow Rainbowgleam. " Come on, Rosepaaw!" She sped into the undergrowth, and in a clearing she found Rainbowgleam on top of...... a grey tom, that looked alot like Rainbowgleam.
