I guess if we feel like it we can just invite people on in.
I'm going to look at Divergentclan a little, since you mentioned the division thing.
I was thinking like there could be three branches or sets of ranks that each had different purposes

yeah. like you have executive branch.... that would be right before the main branch, kind of like the president's. they could have power over a military force, but have different rankings
and then there is the legislature. still thinking
and the judicial. the judicial branch could be like the ones who have power over the spies... maybe or have some important power job

Ok, so if congress is the main branch, maybe there could be several leaders, (2 or 3?) and then a lower rank with more cats that help make decisions? Or should they have equal power with the other two branches.

i was thinking there could be maybe like 2 leaders but an extra that sort of runs the other branch.
like, the president would run the main branch(executive?)
and the vise president could run another branch.
and then there would just be a semi-high position that runs the third branch

Nah, I think 2 leaders is good. Though if vice president and president are of equal power, I think we should call vice something else, and then vice president can be the name of the presidents sort of personal deputy/advisor
