lightningstar leaped on top of the high rock in the middle of camp and called his clan together. "thunderclan, gather here for ceremonies!" the ginger tom looked around, looking for a particular kit that he was going to apprentice today and mentor himself.

Nightkit padded over happily, hoping that her ceremony would be today. She was, after all, 6 moons, and had been for a few days.

Sunheart sat quietly. He was rather disappointed that his own apprentice was never around. He would like to work on a few different things, mostly battle moves, with her, but she just never showed up.

nightlight sighed apologetically and thought about maybe assigning sunheart a second apprentice so he wouldn't be so museless. perhaps jade would be a good candidate. the only dilemma was that she was a mountain lion. sunheart would have to discover multiple possessions or something...
lightningstar looked down at the she-kit once more. "nightkit, you have reached the age of six moons and it is time for you to be apprenticed. from this day forward, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as nightpaw. and i will mentor you." he said, not knowing how to really say he was mentoring her. he waited for whatever to happen--muselessly--while his roleplayer waited to hear about whether jade would become an apprentice or not.
